Strathcona Chinese Dance Company
Affiliated with VAD, the Strathcona Chinese Dance Company was founded in 1973 by Mimie Ho as a recreational dance program to promote Chinese dance art in Canada. Since then, the company has blossomed into a world renowned folkloric dance troupe. SCDC has shared its talents with worldwide audiences through its extensive tours throughout Canada, U.S.A., China, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and Europe, reaching over 130 cities.
